The purpose of the Land Use & Zoning Committee is to work with the city planner assigned to Sugar House and educate SHCC on land use and zoning issues in the Sugar House area. Facilitate presentation of individuals required to come before the SHCC for zoning concerns including, but not limited to:
Make recommendations to SHCC on zoning changes requested by individuals at the time of presentation to SHCC by applicant. |
