Minutes for the S.H.C.C. Historical Committee Meeting on November 12th, 2009
Members present: Delores Donohoo (chair), Emil Kemit, Lynne Olson, Ruth Price. Also present: Elaine Brown
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Anderson Library downstairs. Committee will be attending and participating in Westminster College's Sugar House Summit on Saturday November 14th. a booth to educate public on preserving historical documentation will be set up and committee members present to assist in collection of histories (verbal, written, photographical,etc.). Committee will hold another educational/collecting of histories of S.H. at the Sprague Library Saturday, January 23rd, 2010 from 11 :00-2:00p.m.
