Sugar House Land Use Subcommittee Report April 2010

• Chik Fil A has filed a petition with the city for a drive in restaurant at 1206 East 21^st South. They will be on the May agenda of the Sugar House Community Council.

   

• 2178 East 17^th South – Asking for approval for a minor subdivision and possibly a flag lot (based on what planning decides) This parcel is almost two acres, and they want to subdivide into 8 parcels with a regular size street/circle, and build eight custom homes. They will be on the May agenda. (ther were to be on the Land Use agenda in April, but got mixed up on the time)

• Texas Street Rezone from Institutional to Residential was approved by the Planning Commission and will be on the City Council agenda for approval May 4.

• RDA Project on Wilmington No new information

• No new information on the following projects:

  • Redman Building

  • RDA Project on Wilmington

  • 2028 Lake Street Master Plan Amendment

The next meeting of the Sugar House Land Use and Zoning Committee will be on Monday, May 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sprague Library, Agenda has not been determined.
