Sugar House Land Use Subcommittee Report January 2010

No meeting was held in January.

Redman Building - has not filed anything with Salt Lake City.

1942 Texas Street Rezone from Institutional to Residential Will be on the February 10 Planning Commission agenda.

Chik Fil A - has not yet filed a petition with Salt Lake City.

Alcohol Normalization Ordinance This will be on the Planning Commission agenda for January 27. An update will be provided at the February 3 meeting of the Sugar House Community Council meeting.

The next meeting of the Sugar House Land Use and Zoning Committee will be on Friday, February 19 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sprague Library. Please note the change of day and time due to the holiday.
